Jalen went from barely playing on JV to starting varsity as a sophomore. Coach Hale's workouts gave him the confidence to attack.
My left hand used to be a problem. Six weeks with Marcus and teams stopped forcing me left.
Booking is easy, he shows up prepared, and she comes home asking to go back. Worth every dollar.

Coach Marcus Hale
Your trainer
I grew up in Mesa, played four years at a D2 program, then spent two seasons overseas. When I came home I started working out a couple of my old AAU players. That was nine years ago.
My sessions are built on reps that match game speed. No cone drills for the sake of cone drills. Every workout starts with what your player needs to fix and ends with them doing it under pressure.
